Love Again Vintage Shipping Policy

At Love Again Vintage, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Shipping Time: The estimated time for the order to reach its destination once in the hands of the carrier will be displayed at checkout.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time. Please consider both when estimating your order’s arrival.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, item weight, and other factors.

  • All orders require a signature upon delivery by the shipping carrier.

Delays & Lost Shipments

  • If a customer wishes to add shipping insurance to their purchase, they must reach out to us immediately after completing their order. At that time, they will be informed of the insurance cost and billed accordingly. We highly recommend adding shipping insurance for high-value items, as the cost is often more affordable than expected. 

  • We are not responsible for delays due to natural occurrences, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. If insurance was added to the purchase, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Address Changes & Returned Packages

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed, except for adding a forgotten apartment or suite number.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other reasons, the customer must pay to have the item reshipped. Alternatively, customers may choose to forfeit their order for a restocking fee of 5%.

International Orders

  • International orders may be subject to additional fees, including:

    • Import fees

    • Duties & taxes

    • Value-added tax (VAT)

    • Customs fees

    • Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF)

  • These fees vary by country and are not included in the order total.
