Authenticity Guarantee

  • Due to the pre-loved nature of our products, some pieces may show minor signs of wear.

  • We guarantee the authenticity of all items sold through Love Again Vintage.

  • If an item is proven to be inauthentic, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.

  • All handbags purchased from Love Again Vintage will come with a Certificate of Authenticity. Each item is meticulously authenticated twice before it reaches our customers. To provide additional peace of mind, all handbags will be authenticated through a third party Authenticator. 

Final Sale Policy

  • Due to the delicate nature of vintage items, all sales are final. No returns are accepted.

Pre-Loved & Vintage Condition

  • All items sold, unless stated otherwise, are vintage and/or pre-loved.

  • Vintage items may show signs of wear. Please check all images and item descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

  • Ensure you check all measurements before purchasing to avoid any sizing concerns.

Order Issues & Customer Support

  • If there is a problem with your purchase, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with any issues reported beyond 2 working days from delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • If you wish to cancel after 12 hours, a restocking fee will apply.
